Harbour, river, sand, rocks, hills, mountain range, storm, clouds, rain,
deforestation, Whangapoua, Coromandel, New Zealand, monochrome.
I was making my way back along the Whangapoua Harbour at Opera Point when
I noticed a storm beginning to unleash its contents over the Coromandel
mountain ranges with the sun shining on the hill in the foreground,
half of which had been made bare by deforestation. This was my
inspiration for the title of this image.
