There is no shipping charge for digital downloads.

Prints:
We charge a nominal fee for the shipping of prints

Refund Policy:

As digital downloads can be easily reproduced, we do not offer refunds.  We ask that the buyer assesses the quality of each image to ensure that it is fit for purpose.  Please feel free to ask any questions prior to purchase to avoid any issues.  If for some reason your download does not activate after purchase please reach out to us and we will review the process.

As prints are a physical product and may be produced by one of our third-party providers, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any concerns regarding quality. We are committed to your satisfaction and will carefully consider your refund request.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

As downloads are immediate upon receipt of payment, we do not have the capacity to receive a cancelation of order.

We will only process cancellations that fall within our dispatch schedule as indicated in our store.
